Fan Controls:

DUST COLLECTORS

ISEL Engineers have gained a wealth of process knowledge and detailed information on the characteristics of gas and dust from various industries. A.CYCLONE DUST COLLECTORS

•The high efficiency cyclones are manufactured in a wide variety of construction to meet the various demands in the industry.

•Wear resistant material such as high hardness cast iron, Ni hard are used for applications involving severe abrasion.

B.BAG FILTER

•ISEL Bag filters are designed after obtaining complete information on the application, operating conditions. The selection of the filter cloth, type of cleaning system and over all construction is to ensure specific requirement like flame proof construction, explosion proof construction, leak proof construction etc.,

C.WET SCRUBBERS

ISEL mainly manufacturers two types of wet scrubbers

•High efficiency venturi scrubbers mostly with adjustable throat. The venturi scrubber systems are some times arranged and designed to include pre cooling system, spray cooling and dust collection system - single stage or double stage venturi scrubbers

•The cyclone spray scrubber is utilised for applications requiring minimum space and low pressure loss.

100% Leak proof of - Medium and large sizes

D. SINGLE FLAP - CIRCULAR DAMPERS -

With gear box arrangement for diameters upto 1600 mm - 100 % Leak Proof.

E. SIMPLE 2 FLAP DAMPERS, SINGLE FLAP DAMPERS, DIVERTING GATES etc.

SILENCERS

•ISEL mainly manufactures silencers for air/gas applications. The silencers are designed knowing the application, noise level and noise spectrum.
