1982:

 Improved DesignInduced Draft Fan Impeller. -Diameter - 3200 mm, Weight - 5700 Kg for  APSEB.
1983: Complete preheater Fan at 400 deg.C for Cement Plants.-Impeller Diameter 3000 mm.
1983:
 Upgrdation for High Efficiency - Multiclone Dust Collector and Ash handling system for
60  MW Boilers.
 
1984: Axial impulse type ID Fan Impellers for long life for 110/210 MW Power Station Boilers.

1984:
 Process Fans and high pressure blowers for Export to Indonesia and Nepal - for Cement  Plants.
1985: High efficiency Bag Filters for Cement Plants.

1986:

 Replacement of Aerofoil design ID Fan impellers of low wear life with plain laminar bladed  impeller for long life, high efficiency and output.
1987: Large size axial Inlet Vane Controls, multiflap dampers with Aerofoil Vanes for large fans.

1988:
 Retrofitting centrifugal fans with backward-curved bladed impellers in place of forward  curved bladed impellers and radial bladed impellers for high efficiency and long life.
1989: Silencers for high speed fans for Thermal Power Stations.

1990:  High temperature Wear Resistance impellers suitable for continuous operation at 450  Deg.C with dust content upto 70 gms/m^3 with limit load power characteristic.

1990:
 Establishment of Service Department for undertaking vibration anlysis, diagnostic studies  and insitu dynamic balancing of all types of rotors.
1991:
 High efficiency Multiclone Dust Collectors with Aerofoil impellers and high speed vortex
 for site measured efficiency beyond 92%.
1992:

 High Pressure fans in series for mini blast furnaces to produce end pressure upto 14,000  mm WCL.
1993: Computerised facility for Aerodynamic and Mechanical Design of Centrifugal Fans.

1994: High efficiency Multiclone Dust Collector for Baggasse fired / Coal fired Boiler.

1995:  High efficiency Silencers for inlet and outlet of fan systems to reduce the noise level
 from 110 to 115 dB(A) down to 85 dB(A).

1997:
 ISO 9001 certification for "Design Manufacture and Supply of Industrial Fans, Dust Collecting System and accessories" - By DNV.
1997:
 Gas Cleaning System's consisting of Venturi Scrubber, Cyclone, Special Fans for  Steel  Plant's.
1998:
 Special Fabrication jobs for M/s Mitsui Engineering and Ship Building Co Ltd , Tamano  Works, Japan.
1998:
 Bag Filters with pulse jet cleaning system for special applications for Chemical Plant  Consultants.
1999:

 Bag Filters with special materials for bags and improved aerodynamic design for dust  collector housing and internals.
2000:

 Heavy duty high efficiency FD, ID, SA and PA Fans for Multi-fuel fired boilers for Power  Plants.
2000: Retrofit of Centrifugal fans with new design fans having aerofoil high efficiency impellers.

2001: High pressure single stage axial flow fans.


2001: LARGE SIZE 100 % leak proof dampers for high temperature application.


2002: High Efficiency reliable multistage Centrifugal Blowers upto 3 stages with special design          bearing Block & Seal assembly to handle nitrogen, Co2 & other rare gases.


2002: Impellers of special material like Titanium.


2003: Redesign/ Retro fit of existing imported Centrifugal fan with our high efficiency          Backward curved design Impeller to handle volume flow of 250M^3/ sec., pressure          765 MM WCL.


 
 

2003: Designed and developed Aerofoil high efficiency heavy duty centrifugal fans for          mini blast furnaces.

 
 

2004: Designed and manufactured of complete fans for non-ferrous fertilizer and          cement industries, for
         Volume flow Range : 88 m3/sec to 210 m3/sec
         Pressure Range      : 1020 MM WCL
         Temperature Range : 150° C to 420° C.


 
 

2005: Powerful high pressure, high efficiency fans in series system for blast furnaces.
